Where are the products shipped from?

All orders are despatched from Auckland, New Zealand, using New Zealand DHL Post.

What currency do you use on your website?

All products are listed as U.S Dollars, however we have a few other currencies available to choose from.

How much is the shipping cost?



New Zealand Orders under $50 – $4.00 Flat rate

All orders within New Zealand are sent via COURIER POST or POST HASTE. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a Tracking Number via email within 48 hours so you can check the status of your order. Free Tracking is only available on orders within New Zealand and not available for International orders unless paid for. Please allow 2-4 days for the delivery to take place.


Please allow 7 to 14 Business days for delivery to take place.

Australia Orders under $50 – $5.00 Flat rate – Non-Tracked DHL 2 Day delivery to Australia for $11.00

All other international orders under $50 incur $8.00 Flat rate Non-Tracked DHL 2 Day delivery with Tracking available for $25

We would like to kindly ask for you to please allow 7-14 days for your delivery to take place, you will receive an email to let you know when your parcel gets dispatched.

Please note, very few of the countries we ship to charge the recipient of the order with additional custom fees, this depends on your country and you will be responsible for paying the custom fee in order to receive your parcel.

Does Mellow offer pro or wholesale discounts?

We could look into it, so please send us an email with your enquiry.

What is your return and refund policy?

Please choose your products carefully. For hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges will be offered unless the product is proven faulty. Please note all
items will be checked prior to shipping.

If your product is faulty we are more than happy to exchange it to the same item, however we will need to see a photo of the damaged item when you email
us within 3 days of receiving your order.

For any other enquiries regarding returns please email enquiries@mellowcosmetics.com within
3 days of receiving your order. Please make sure you add your order number and full name in your email.

What do you do with the returned products?

We use them!!!! Just jokes, they get thrown away immediately.
