All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are quoted before freight/handling.
We may accept or decline, in whole or in part, an order from you. If an item is not available we may alter quantities ordered. We may substitute goods
of a similar price and nature if only agreed to, by you.
Once an order is placed and payment has been received, it becomes binding from the moment we receive it.

If you are from New Zealand, Australia, U.S.A., U.K., Europe, prices displayed could be changed
in your local currency. The actual payment processed on your credit card might slightly vary, depending on your bank’s exchange rate at the time of
processing. Our currency converter is updated daily from the Google exchange rate table and is meant to be used as a guide only. For the rest
of the world, prices will be displayed in U.S Dollars.

Secure Credit Card Payment
Mellow Cosmetics has engaged a globally accredited payment gateway service provider to secure all aspects involving customer payment via credit cards.
All customer credit card information is securely submitted and processed entirely on specialised systems; Mellow’s staff cannot access, view, process or
store sensitive cardholder data (such as credit card numbers, PIN codes or CCV codes). Credit card details are encrypted by the customer’s browser
before they are sent to TNS systems, and are never exposed in clear-text.
Accuracy of Information
We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on the site; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant
that the product descriptions, colours, information or other content available on the site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Refund or Exchange Policy
If a product purchased is faulty or damaged, Buyer can notify Mellow Cosmetics New Zealand via email to email@example.com within
3 days of receipt. Please provide your order number along with a picture of the damaged item when you email. In such event, Mellow New Zealand
will provide the buyer a replacement product.
Exchange or Change of Mind
Our products are Designed and Tested in New Zealand and Made in under Licence in PRC.
Due to the low cost nature of our products, we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges for change of mind – Please choose carefully.
